Play Like a Pro Challenge

It’s Game On for Your Students in Georgia this February for CTAE Month!
Manufacturing Georgia, powered by the Georgia Association of Manufacturers, and Skillionaire Games invite you, our VIP school partners, to participate in the Play Like a Pro Challenge.
This challenge is an excellent opportunity for your students to explore careers in the manufacturing arena, “try on” Georgia-based jobs, and discover local career and educational pathways to success.
The cool factor? Just by joining the challenge, your CTAE, career and engineering/tech students can compete for a VIP industry experience prize package, including:
A Mobile Workshop tour visit from Be Pro Be Proud Georgia
Engagement with industry stakeholders
Local media coverage highlighting your school’s career discovery and development efforts

Winning School WILL BE announced MArch 6th.

Click here to register your school or class. Once you’ve signed up, you will receive an email with instructions on how to play and your own unique school link that your students will need to use to compete in the challenge.
STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR School or Class
Have your students play the Maker Mojo career video game using your unique link. Students will need to earn 18 stars in the gameplay, achieving promotion to Specialist (Pro). Promotion will be visible under Awards/Promotions within the game menu.

Estimated time to achieve Pro status: Approximately 1 hour or less, depending on individual student pace and performance. Students may engage in multiple gameplay sessions over the course of a month to successfully earn all 18 stars
STEP 2: PLAY LIKE A PRO
Have your students create a Teen Profile on Manufacturing Georgia. This allows them to explore Georgia’s most in-demand advanced manufacturing careers and connect directly with local employers and colleges.
Estimated time to complete: Approximately 5 minutes
STEP 3: HAVE YOUR STUDENTS Create A Profile
Get industry cluster insights, the latest updates, and alerts on contests and scholarship opportunities for your students.
